Living away from home is an exciting challenge. However there are many changes involved and sometimes experiences are not always what we expect. Therefore this brief training workshop will equip you with some tools to support you in this adventure. During this workshop we will talk about some practical tips and contacts as well as some psychosocial skills and support systems to keep in mind.

Each individual develops their own learning, studying style. However some styles are more healthy and helpful than others and can affect our overall wellbeing.
Deadlines and exams may at times get too overwhelming to manage. Tips on how to manage time and stress better are shared in a safe environment to be able to plan and manage a healthier lifestyle during more challenging times. This workshop discusses what works and does not work, what comes in the way and what can make this task more manageable and enjoyable.
