Student helpdesk

The Faculty Student Helpdesk’s aim is to assist students with queries related to their course of studies.  A member of our administrative team will be available in Room 305 during the following hours:

01 October - 15 June
Monday to Friday
08:30 - 12:00
14:30 - 16:15

16 June - 30 September
Monday to Friday
09:30 - 12:30

Get in touch with us for assistance outside of the above hours. The Student Helpdesk will not be available during the Summer, Christmas and Easter recess. Contact us for any urgent matters during these periods. 

All student assignments that have a physical component (i.e. those not submitted through the VLE portal) are to be submitted at the Student Helpdesk.

Students, including visiting and exchange students, who require signatures on their forms and documents are asked to send such documentation by email. Managerial staff members will sign them digitally and send them via return mail.

Staff at the Student Helpdesk also provide guidance to prospective students on the courses offered by the Faculty. Appointments with respective programme coordinators can also be set up.
