Kindly note that together with your dissertation you have to submit the declaration form of authenticity which should also include your unique ID number which is issued by UREC during the self assessment process via the URECA portal available from this link https://www.um.edu.mt/research/ethics/redp-form/frontEnd/.  The declaration form which has to be handed to the departmental administrator when you submit your dissertation may be accessed from this link https://www.um.edu.mt/__data/assets/pdf_file/0006/254319/authenticityformug.pdf
