Charlene is a Visiting Lecturer at the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy (University of Malta). She has a Bachelor Degree with Honours in Communications (2004) and a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (2007), an area in which she has specialised in the past years. Her undergraduate and Master dissertations focused on Corporate Reputation and Relationship Marketing respectively, the former being published in the Journal of Brand Management.
Charlene worked for a number of years in the insurance industry, as Head of Department and Branch Manager. She has also had the opportunity to consult a number of companies on their marketing matters and carry out various freelance marketing research projects.
