Luigi Pellegrini joined the Scheduling Office within the Office of the Registrar in 1996 as an Administrative Assistant, and was subsequently promoted to the grade of Administrative Officer and Senior Administrative Officer.
In 2012 Luigi was appointed Assistant Registrar, while in 2016 he was appointed Senior Executive within the Office of the Registrar.
He coordinates the organisation of examinations, the preparation of lecture and examination timetables, and acts as line manager to the Scheduling Office. He is also the Registrar’s representative for the procurement and implementation of a Timetabling and Room Allocation software.
Luigi obtained an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Melit) in November, 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (Melit) in November, 1995.
