Perit Simon Bernard Grech graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Engineering and Architecture (Honours)- B.E.&A.(Hons) from the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering at the University of Malta (2005) and later received a warrant to practice as a Perit (2007). During this period he worked at Maltese architectural practice, Architecture project today known as AP Valletta.

Since (2008). Simon has been practicing in partnerships in Malta contributing to several architecture and interior projects that have been recognized for their quality and innovation both locally and internationally.

He is a co-founder and partner of Architectural practice MODEL where he leads the design department, he is also a visiting tutor at the faculty for the Built Environment (Department of Architecture and Design) since 2017.

He is concerned with the idea of SIMPLE and believe in the power that volume, space, light and sound have on the human "soul".
