The first Maltese U3A opened its doors in 1993, and operated from premises in Valletta. Eventually, a decision was taken to relocate the U3A premises to a more spacious and accessible location in Floriana, just one kilometre away from the original premises.

 

The Floriana premises opened in October 2008. Learning programmes at the Floriana Centre are held from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 11:00.
