The peripheral geographical status of the island of Gozo means that it is not possible for older residents residing on this island to attend any of the U3A learning programmes in Malta.   Hence two Gozo U3A Centres were opened in Xewkija and in Victoria. Learning programmes and socio-cultural excursions at the Gozo University Campus in Xewkija are held every Friday from 09:00 to 11:00, while that at Hagar Museum in Victoria are held every Monday from 09:30-11:30.
