The peripheral geographical status of the island of Gozo means that it is not possible for older residents residing on this island to attend any of the U3A learning programmes in Malta.

 

Hence a Gozo U3A Centre was opened in Ghajnsielem, with learning programmes and socio-cultural excursions at this Centre or at the Gozo University Campus in Xewkija being held every Friday from 09:00 to 11:00.
