The main objective of the Estates, Facilities and Capital Development Directorate is the management of all land and buildings appertaining to the University of Malta, including the overall management of construction and maintenance projects on University property.

We perform a number of important functions and are responsible for the management of new construction projects as well as the management and implementation of both preventive and unscheduled maintenance works.

We aim at providing innovative perspectives to enhance the atmosphere on campus through the Precincts Office and the Facilities Management Unit.
