XEW-001-04 -Minor works carried out by the Estates, Facilities and Capital Development Directorate 

The procedure outlines the different works requests received at the Estates, Facilities and Capital Development Directorate. The procedure goes on to explain how requests are channeled to the different staff members within our Directorate.

 

XEW-003-01 -Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Equipment  

To set out the procedure to be followed prior to the procurement of furniture and equipment that may necessitate specific requirements and logistics tied to the site where they are to be delivered and installed. 

 

ZCP-001-01 -CAPITAL PROJECTS PROCEDURE 

This procedure describes the development of Capital Projects from the initiation of the project until the project is completed.

 

XEW-002-01  -SPACE MANAGEMENT & CHANGE OF USE PROCEDURE  

This procedure outlines the guidelines that enable the University of Malta to manage space more effectively and efficiently in a manner which improves the University’s priorities.  

 

ZRH-004-02 -EQUIPMENT PRE-REQUISITION/PRE-COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING CHECKLISTS  

The scope of this SOP is to cover both the pre-requisition/pre-commissioning and the commissioning phase of equipment. 

 

ZFU-001-01  -PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING AN ACCESS CONTROL CARD  

The purpose of this policy is to inform the UM Staff members and Students, on the procedure required to apply for an access card. 

 

ZFU-002-03 -UM Transport Pool Services 

This procedure is to inform UM staff members on the purpose and processes regulating the use of the transport pool service. This service is to be used as efficiently as possible and to be requested strictly and solely for official UM business at all times.

 

ZPO-001-01 -LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AT UM  

The scope of this SOP is to ensure that it's grounds and gardens are maintained in a manner that creates a safe environment for all staff, students and visitors.

 

ZPO-002-01 - E-Scooter Parking at UM Campus

The University of Malta aims to provide a safe and accessible environment for all members of the community. In this regard, it is important to establish a clear set of procedures for the parking of e-scooters on campus. The following procedure is hereby put in place to ensure that e-scooters are parked in a manner that is safe and convenient for all
