Early Bird Registration Fee: 200 euro until 12:00 noon (Central European Summer Time - CEST) 1st March 2023 

Late Registration Fee: 225 euro

(Fees cover: welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 dinner and conference packs)

Student Fees

Registration fees will be waived for the first 24 Maltese undergraduate and/or postgraduate students to register to attend this Conference and they may attend the welcome reception, all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches and also receive the conference pack for free.

Other students who apply after the first 24 registered must pay a fee of 85Euro to register.  

Deadline of Registration: 6 June 2023.

Price: 30 euro per person  (Kindly note that this is only for accompanying persons only, as it is already included in registration fees)

Walking tour and dinner in Mdina on Thursday 15 June 2023

Price: 70 euro per person

The group will enjoy an evening walking tour of Mdina with a licensed guide, enjoying the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere offered by the picturesque streets of the old capital city of Malta. A stop at the fortification walls also offers an impressive view of the surrounding countryside and the nearby parish Church of Mosta, known as ir-Rotunda for its circular shape. The walk will end with a dinner.  Kindly note that transport back will be provided to hotels on the Conference list only.

Dinner in Valletta on Friday 16 June 2023

Price: 45 euro per person  (Kindly note that this is for accompanying persons only, as it is already included in registration fees)

Birgu Half Day Tour on Saturday 17 June 2023

Price: 35 euro per person

The excursion departs from Valletta Campus. The tourist guide will walk with the group to the Ferry terminal to cross to the Three Cities, an amazing way to appreciate the fortifications of the Grand Harbour. Upon arrival, the guide will take the group for a walking tour of Vittoriosa (Birgu), exploring its historic streets and learning more about its use by the Knights of St John as their very first headquarters in Malta. The walking tour will last c. 2hrs.  After the tour, transport back to Valletta by land transport will be provided.

75% Refund until 1st March 2023

50% Refund until 3rd April 2023- No Refund after this date
