Payment Details

Early bird registration fee:  EUR 25 until 5 January 2026  (noon CET)

Late registration fee:  EUR 30  until  13 April 2026 (noon CET)

Fees cover 2 coffee-breaks

Deadline for Registrations: 13 April 2026 ( noon CET).

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 31 December 2025

50% refund until 31 January 2026, no refunds after this date.
