Payment Details

Registration fee for undergraduate students: EUR 20 per person until 8 March 2027 (noon CET)

Early bird fees until 5 January 2027 (noon CET)

Early bird fee for postgraduate students: EUR 80 per person 

Early bird fee: EUR 185 per person 

Late registration fees until 8 March 2027 (noon CET)

Late Registration fee for postgraduate students: EUR 100 per person 

Late Registration fee: EUR 205 per person 

Deadline for registrations: 8 March 2027 (noon CET)

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 15 December

50% refund until 5 February, no refund after this date.
