Payment and Registration Details

Registrations are now open for co-speakers/co-presenters whose abstracts have been accepted by the Scientific Committee.

Others interesting in attending the Congress can register too. The registration will close as soon as the venue capacity is reached, so registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Payment Fees

Early bird registration fee:  EUR165  per person until 31 July 2026 (noon CET)

Late registration fee: EUR185 per person until 6 November 2026 (noon CET)

Optional dinner in Mdina on the 12 November: EUR65 per person including transport

Registration deadline: 6 November (noon CET) 

If we reach the capacity before the deadline the registration will close earlier.

Cancellation Policy:

75% refund until 31 August

50% refund until 30 September, no refund after this date.
