The insurance company is Atlas Healthcare Insurance Agency Ltd, which is the AXA PPP Healthcare representative in Malta. Our insurance brokers are Mediterranean Insurance Brokers (Malta) Ltd (MIB).
Renewal for Employee Benefit Scheme
Mediterranean Insurance Brokers (Malta) Ltd (MIB) and Atlas PPP Healthcare are pleased to announce the renewal of the Employee Benefit Scheme for the period 1 March 2023 to 29 February 2024.

Additional to the claim form below, the insurance is offering both employees and their dependants to submit their claims online from the following link.
It is also suggested to retain the original documentation in case further clarifications are required. It is also encouraged to include the IBAN details on the form so that settlement of such claims are made directly into the bank account.
Those employees / dependents that opt for cheque payments will be charged €4 that will be deducted from the claims settlement.
