This workshop is designed to encourage regular physical activity among University of Malta staff in a friendly, inclusive, community-building format. By dedicating time on a Tuesday during break time to movement and exercise, the aim is to promote fitness habits, social connection, and wellbeing across the campus. The structure will start with a warm up (light cardio), calisthenics, bodyweight exercises and cooling/stretching in a circuit format suited for all levels.
After the exercise session, participants will be invited to the Institute of Physical Education and Sport for a short tour of our facilities. This will provide an opportunity to familiarise staff with the range of spaces and equipment available to support their ongoing fitness and wellbeing goals.
If time permits, participants will also be welcome to make use of the facilities for personal exercise. Shower and changing facilities will be available on-site for everyone’s convenience, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing end to the session.
