Communications specialist
Keith Demicoli is an award-winning broadcaster, professional host, media producer and presenter. Previously well known for his daily 8pm newscasts on TVM, in 2021, he quit journalism and, as an independent communications specialist, he's regularly moderating and giving life to some of Malta's most important corporate, business and academic discussions. He trained at the BBC Academy and holds an MA in European Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Malta. He is also an alumnus of the US International Programme for Journalists.

Mr Matthew Muscat
Senior Solution Lead at Computime FinTech
Matthew Muscat brings over 8 years of technological expertise in compliance solutions, serving as the Solution Lead for ComplyRadar under the FinTech arm of Computime Group. He is currently leading a solution team focused on developing a cutting-edge, real-time transaction monitoring compliance solution that leverages advanced AI techniques. With a strong background in developing innovative solutions to enhance regulatory compliance and fraud detection, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this field.

Dr Graham Hili
Director and Founder at Lemonworx Ltd
Dr Graham Hili launched his career in telecoms with Vodafone Malta, then drove high-impact information security projects across EMEA with LogicaCMG in the Netherlands. He holds a master’s and PhD in Information Security from University of London. As Director of Lemonworx, he leads AI-powered computer vision initiatives for global clients in manufacturing, pharma, and automotive.

Mr Matthew Calafato
Software Developer at MITA
Matthew Calafato is a software developer at MITA, where he has contributed to a range of projects over the past two years, with a particular focus on modernising taxation systems and automating manual processes. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Malta.

Ms Ruth DeBrincat
Senior Director – Policy and Technical Affairs at National Skills Council
Ms Ruth DeBrincat leads the technical team at the National Skills Council. The National Skills Council’s mandate is to advance skill development and anticipate future skills, bridging the gap between education and industry, instigating policy changes towards a future-ready workforce. She is the project coordinator for the development of Malta’s first National Skills Strategy. She also spearheads industry dialogues and collaborates with a number of local and international partners on skills intelligence and skills development policy and research initiatives.
Ms DeBrincat has been previously working in the public sector as the Senior Director at the Malta Council for Science and Technology, focusing on research and innovation policy and funding, and as the Director of Environment and Climate Change, driving policy design and implementation on various environmental themes. She is an environmental scientist by training having followed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees at the University of Malta.
