An abstract of your project has to be submitted via the online form available at https://www.um.edu.mt/ms/pharmacy/students/coursework/forms by 22 January 2021. Please note that no hard copies will be collected and the abstract will be endorsed by your project supervisor after submission. Submission guidelines can be found on VLE.
Students are requested to submit the final version of the Symposium Presentation by email to Ms Sandra Montebello (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Dr Maresca Attard Pizzuto (email@example.com) by Wednesday 3 March 2021. It is imperative that you adhere to the 10-minute time limit.
Students are hereby notified that they have to bring with them an acceptable proof of identity either a Malta ID card, Passport or a University Library card at every exam.
With reference to Regulation 33 (2) that states that:
"Students who are not able to provide acceptable proof of identity may be permitted to continue the Examination provided that they undertake to produce verification of their identity within a reasonable period, normally on the same day of the Examination. If Verification is not provided, the matter shall be referred to the Assessment Disciplinary Board."
The invigilator will inform the Faculty Officer as soon as they see that a student does not have the required identification document.
