The University of Malta operates a timetabling and scheduling software for a number of its Faculties, Institutes, Centres and Schools. Timetables published using the software can be accessed as follows:
The timetable platform will provide you with a personal timetable, for those study-units that you have registered for.
If there are study-unit activities that you are registered for, but which are missing from your personal timetable, kindly contact your Home Faculty/Institute/Centre/School Office, indicating the study-unit activities in question.
You are also able to sync your personal timetable to your calendar by using the Subscribe button at the top right hand corner of My timetable.
If there are changes to the timetable, these changes will be automatically updated to My Timetable, and also to your calendar. However please note that in the case of the calendar, changes might take up to 24 hours to show. However, faculties will also be sending out emails advising such changes.
For further information about how to navigate the timetabling platform kindly follow this link:
UM Timetabling Platform guide.
This initiative is in line with the UM’s vision to digitalise its processes and provide a better service to its students and staff.
Note for students who have not yet activated their UM email account
In order to get access to your personal timetable we encourage you to activate your UM email account asap. Nonetheless, even without your account, you are able to access timetabling information by following the link https://timetables.um.edu.mt/ and selecting GUEST.
You will then be able to search by Module (study-unit) or Programme of Study.
Please note that once you have activated your UM email account and been registered for your study-units, you will automatically gain access to your personal timetable.
