While multiculturalism is a broad, sensitive topic which requires a deep understanding of the ethical, cultural, legal, political and economic ramifications, priority will be given to the study of multicultural matters within any form of organisation. A platform with an interest in understanding contemporary multicultural realities will examine this nexus academically and in tight collaboration with industry. This platform will aim to work in accordance with the following terms of reference, while being embedded in, and hosted by, the Department of Business & Enterprise Management within the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy.
