With this form you will confirm and pay for your booking for childminding service to be offered from August 31st to September 11th, from 07:30 to 13:30 (no extra time).

If you have siblings please fill in a form for each child. The fee is €12 per child per day. Thank you.

Registration is open until Thursday, 27th August, NOON. Only confirmed submissions will be considered.
