It can take some time before changes become new, healthy habits, but if adhered to, they can become part of the daily routine.
Through one-on-one nutritional advice, the Nutritionist will offer information about food portion sizes, healthier food choices, how to read food labels, how to calculate the BMI and how to lose or maintain an ideal weight. The Nutritionist will also be available to answer any queries that the service users might have.
