The Faculty of Laws recommends that students select undergraduate study-units whenever possible. In some partner universities, study-units on offer in English are only available at postgraduate level. Students will therefore be considered as post-graduate students at the host University, expected to meet postgraduate standards and assessed accordingly.
It is recommended that students verify the language of instruction of specific study-units they intend to select, and ensure that you satisfy the minimum level of language competence required by the host institution/department. Moreover, in some locations, English-taught study-units are restricted to a small number of students and cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, students are strongly advised to check with the partner universities about any specific conditions.
