Reach Out Educator Wellbeing and Research Programme
The Reach Out Educator Wellbeing and Research Programme is an evidence-based wellbeing intervention developed by Dr Amanda Bezzina under the supervision of Prof. Carmel Cefai at the Centre for Resilience and Socio-Emotional Health, University of Malta. Funded by Reach High II, co-funded by the ESF+ 2021–2027, the programme aims to support educators across the educational ecosystem by strengthening their wellbeing, resilience, self-efficacy and sense of meaning in their work.
Combining experiential learning with mixed-methods research, the programme explores educators’ wellbeing needs and evaluates a job crafting intervention designed to help educators reshape aspects of their work in line with their strengths, values and needs.
