The scheme is open to all current University of Malta employees.
Family & Friends: Offers are strictly non-transferable unless a specific business explicitly states that a discount extends to immediate family members. Please review the terms and conditions listed on each individual offer before purchasing.
You can verify your staff status by presenting either of the following before making a payment:
Physical Card: Your official University of Malta Access Card.
Digital Card: Your digital staff ID within the MyUM App.
Need an Access Card? Submit a request via the Estates Directorate Self-Service Portal.

In-Store Purchases: Inform the staff that you are a University of Malta employee and present your physical Access Card or digital MyUM Staff Card before the transaction is processed.
Online Purchases: Visit the specific vendor listing on the UM Benefits Directory to retrieve promo codes, direct discount links, or specific booking instructions.

If a participating business refuses a valid discount, please let us know so we can resolve the issue directly with the vendor.
Send an email to hr@um.edu.mt with the subject line Staff Benefit Issue - [Business Name] and include:
Business name and branch location
Date and approximate time of your visit
Details of the offer concerned and any context provided by the staff
