The University of Malta (UM) network printing system uses a Find-Me-Printing model. This printing system enables staff and students to send print jobs from any networked computer or device and then release the printout at designated 'Find-me’ printers on campus.

The Find-Me-Printing system supports UM’s efforts to promote sustainability by reducing waste. It also supports the concept of secure printing, allowing staff and students to maintain confidentiality by releasing their printouts when they are physically next to the printer to ensure printouts are not mistakenly seen or taken by someone else.
