Use of Room-based Videoconferencing for Study-Units

 €25.00 per hr (minimum charge €100.00)

 *Other charges may apply to cover overtime costs of support staff at the University Gozo Campus, Gateway Building or other venues.

IT Services opening hours are indicated here.

Contact IT Services regarding charges for:

  • sessions held outside the hours indicated above.
  • sessions during the Christmas/Easter Recess.
  • other University related events e.g. sessions related to externally funded projects etc. 

Note that:

  • The videoconferencing facilities are available for use by staff and departments, for University related work only. The facilities are not available to external organisations.
  • The minimum session fee is set to 30mins. Session fees are also rounded to the next half hour.
  • The videoconferencing facilities must be booked at least 10 working days before the date of the videoconference session. During this period, IT Services will test the link with the site/s involved in the videoconference session.
