A PhD in Library and Information Science, Lecturer, previous university Head of Department, and recipient of ARMA International’s Britt Literary Award. Experience designing curriculum and teaching in Europe and North America. Published in scholarly, professional, and news publications. Conducted research worldwide including in Africa and ground-breaking research in Asia. Regular speaker at conferences, including invited keynote response for UNESCO. Appointed by national Minister of Education and Employment as Chairperson of legally-mandated national/public libraries council.
