A Student Helpdesk is located in Room 305, level 3 at the Faculty. Front office staff assist you with queries related to your course of studies during the following opening hours:

01 October - 15 June
Monday to Friday
08:30 - 12:00
14:30 - 16:30 

16 June - 30 September
Monday to Friday
09:30 - 12:30

Student Helpdesk will be closed from 01 July to 31 August. For any urgent matters kindly send an email.

All student assignments that have a physical component (i.e. those not submitted through the VLE) are to be submitted at the Student Helpdesk. Please refer to the Assignment Submission Guidelines.

Visiting or Exchange students can obtain all the necessary information about the study-units on offer and all the required signatures on their documentation.

Staff at the Student Helpdesk provide guidance to prospective students on all the courses offered by the Faculty and can also fix appointments with respective programme coordinators.
