Student helpdesk

The Faculty is offering a virtual Student Helpdesk, where front office staff can assist you with queries related to your course of studies. The virtual Helpdesk can be accessed via Zoom by using the links provided below and during the times indicated*:

The virtual Student Helpdesk will not be available during the Summer, Christmas and Easter recess. For any urgent matters during these periods, kindly send an email.

 

All student assignments that have a physical component (i.e. those not submitted through the VLE portal) are still to be submitted at the Faculty, but by appointment only. Please refer to the Assignment Submission Guidelines for further details.

 

Students, including visiting and exchange students, who require signatures on their forms and documents are asked to send such documentation by email. Managerial staff members will sign them digitally and send them via return mail.

 

Staff at the virtual Student Helpdesk also provide guidance to prospective students on the courses offered by the Faculty. Appointments with respective programme coordinators can also be set up.
