Unable to access your account?

If you do not have a UM IT Account or cannot access the Self-Service Portal, you can submit a request using the enquiry form. This form should be used for IT support requests only.

After you submit a request through the enquiry form, you will receive an automated email with a unique ticket number for your IT support request.

Chat with us Monday to Friday from 08:30 till 16:00 excluding public holidays. This is available on a trial basis and is accessible through the desktop version of the Self-Service Portal.

The IT Service Desks operate during these hours.

IT Services offers remote assistance with the aid of a remote support tool. This will enable us to connect directly to your computer and provide real-time support. You will be required to download the TeamViewer client for Windows or Mac for such support.
