Due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, for your safety and that of our staff, visits to the IT Service Desk will be by appointment. In most cases, our staff are able to provide remote support to help you solve your IT problem.

Unable to access your account?

If you do not have a UM IT Account or cannot access the Self-Service Portal, you can submit a request using the enquiry form. This form should be used for IT support requests only.

After you submit a request through the enquiry form, you will receive an automated email with a unique ticket number for your IT support request.

Chat with us Monday to Friday from 09:00 till 16:00 excluding public holidays. Chat is currently available on a trial basis and is accessible through the desktop version of the Self-Service Portal.

IT Services offers remote assistance with the aid of a remote support tool. This will enable us to connect directly to your computer and provide real-time support. You will be required to download the TeamViewer client for Windows or Mac for such support.
