Zoom's newly updated experience offers a simplified web and desktop navigation layout. The web portal now provides a neater, more intuitive browser experience. The legacy side navigation panel has been replaced with a universal header and a product (waffle) menu that lets you access Zoom tools in separate browser tabs.

Your settings, cloud recordings (staff only), transcripts, and AI Companion summaries are now gathered into a single My Account hub, making account management more accessible in fewer clicks.

• Customisable in-meeting control bar - You can now drag, drop and pin your most-used meeting tools directly to the primary control bar, or hide unused ones under the More menu.
• Reorganised host tools panel - Meetings host and co-host management controls have been consolidated under a single, unified Host tools icon for quick access during lectures or meetings.
• Chat translation & Pinned messages - Participants can translate incoming meeting chat messages in real time. Hosts can pin important links or announcements to the top of the meeting chat window.

• AI Companion is now available in Zoom Webinars, offering webinar questions, automated webinar summaries, and Smart Recording breakdowns.
• AI Companion is now also available for students when hosting their own meetings.
