The Procurement Office scrutinises overall expenditure of goods and/or services by the University of Malta and provides support to the administrative staff responsible for procurement in each Faculty, Institute, Centre and School.

If you are a potential supplier to the University of Malta, the Procurement Office will be glad to advise you on the University of Malta’s procurement procedures and if necessary and when applicable on the specific EU procedures to be followed when procuring goods and services part-financed by the European Union.
