Join the UM Alumni Online community

The University of Malta (UM) Alumni Online aims to:

• foster and promote alumni affinity with the University and with each other by course, year or special interest group
• provide alumni with ongoing educational and intellectual opportunities.

To fulfil these aims, the University of Malta offers the following electronic services to alumni:

• University of Malta email address (if applicable)
• eSIMS for alumni
• news on current events and opportunities at UM
• Library Services at UM

• • OAR@UM, the University of Malta’s Institutional Repository (IR)
  • HyDi, the University of Malta's online searching portal (limited to Open Access publications)
  • Electronic dissertations that are accessible through the dedicated workstations at the Melitensia Special Collection.

Who can join?

All UM alumni. UM alumni are defined as students who have completed a degree, certificate or diploma or participated in a student exchange programme (for example, Erasmus or exchange or transfer students) at the University of Malta.

How can you join?

To join the UM alumni online community, to subscribe to our mailing list, or to request an activation code, please contact the Marketing, Communication & Alumni Office by sending an email to alumni@um.edu.mt.

Your activation code will enable you to:

• activate your UM IT Account (if you graduated prior to 2013)
• change your current email password
• retrieve a lost or forgotten password.
