The undergraduate programme in History will enrich your historic knowledge on a global scale. During the course, apart from learning about local and national history through social, economic, warfare and other perspectives, we will also provide you with a wholistic historic lens of Western, European and Non-European countries. By learning history on an academic level, you will possess a deep appreciation and a heightened sense of awareness of contemporary international and local affairs through your firm grasp of historic patterns, events and foundations. In your final year, you may have the opportunity to carry out a dissertation, as you will be knowledgeable enough to conduct a research topic of your choice related to the subject matter. We also encourage you to participate in the Erasmus+ programme, as we believe that a multicultural and diversified learning experience will give you a better learning experience.

Communication and Academic Skills Programme

The communication and academic skills programme complements students’ main course of study. It introduces them to writing and presenting as situated within academic contexts sensitive to specific disciplines and develops their competences for future careers.
