Approval Forms - Instructions:

  1. Click on the required form through the appropriate link above   2. Go to your downloads folder    3. Save the downloaded form in a folder of your choice or on your desktop   4. Rename to reflect the title of the proposed programme (eg. Stage 1 – MA in___________)   5. Proceed to fill in the form and save at regular intervals.        IMPORTANT:   Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for filling in these forms. If this is not installed on your PC you can download it. For compatibility reasons MAC users are required to ensure that they are using this software and not any other software available on MAC.   In order to avoid potential data corruption, avoid using already filled-in copies of the forms. Always download a new copy of the relevant form whenever a new proposal is being formulated.
